After attempting to get the wrinkles out of our carpets twice using the people who use the "knee-kickers" (which make the rug look okay for about a week), we were referred to Carpets by Chris. Chris uses a mechanical stretcher that worked magic on our rugs. Communication was superb, and our technician, Marcelo, was very friendly and worked efficiently. We highly recommend Carpets by Chris. Don't waste your money on firms that use the "knee-kicker" method.

Carpets by Chris is incredible!!! In my initial call Chris was so warm and friendly I felt an instant connection and in the end my judgement was unquestionably rewarded!!! He followed through with quoting a most reasonable estimate, phone calls, text messages, and I was scheduled in 3 days! Chris did a fantabulous job of removing the wrinkles in our carpet and now my carpet looks brand new! He went the extra mile by laying pads for his tools to protect our floors, wiping the baseboards, and vacuuming. Chris served me with excellence and beyond and I highly recommend this company! My carpets were poorly installed 7 years ago but carpet itself was still in very good shape. Instead of replacing I hired Chris to stretch carpet. My cat got locked in a bedroom on accident and tried his best to escape thru the carpet. Jim came and repaired the carpet to where you can hardly tell anything ever happened. Jim was friendly and professional. I would totally recommend these guys for repair jobs.
